MORE likely to win the PBRT Award because he/she is unable to use the Speech Timer to time the various speeches.The following "Preset Times" include:

Preset 3 = 2 - 3 minute Evaluation
Preset 8 = 4 - 6 minute Ice Breaker
Preset 6 = 3 - 5 minute Speechcraft presentation, Tall Tale
