Vice-President of Education

1) Chairman of the Educational Committee

2) Responsible for the education of the club members

3) Surveys club members -- current status, goals, and interest

4) Sets educational goals for the club and individual members

        Creates and implements a plan to achieve the educational goals of the club and individual members
 
        Monitors progress of the plan

        Acknowledges and recognizes the educational achievements of the club and members

        Oversees the educational programs conducted at regular club meetings

        Responsible for meeting assignments -- ensures that members are trained in the ways of Toastmasters
 

5) Serve as one of the two club representative at the area, division, and district council meetings

6) Serve in place of the President in the President's absence, incapacitation, etc.

7) Be trained and ready to serve as President the following term.
