When You Are the Timer |

Prior to the Meeting: |

Become familiar with the timing and signal devices |
||||||
Obtain timing requirements from each speaker |
||||||
Become familiar with timing sequences |
||||||
Ensure that timing assistant has colored cards |
||||||
During The Meeting |

When introduced, explain the timing rules and demonstrate the signal device. |

Have available a list of timing sequences for all speakers. |

Enjoy the speeches, but remain alert and keep track of the time. |
